PharmSD 3.0 will develop an integrated, continuous-pharmaceutical spray drying process to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

PharmSD 3.0 aims to eliminate productivity bottlenecks in pharmaceutical spray drying by integrating continuous solution preparation, secondary drying, and real-time release testing (RTRT). The project will also introduce advanced detergents and a new recirculation cleaning system to improve cleaning efficiency and increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). This innovation will enhance supply chain flexibility, scalability, and responsiveness during crises, setting a new standard for continuous pharmaceutical manufacturing.
